Delivery Coverage
We proudly deliver all over Pakistan through our trusted courier partners. Whether you're in a major city or a remote area, we aim to get your order to your doorstep quickly and safely.

Delivery Timeframe
Standard delivery time: 2–5 business days (depending on location)
Orders are processed within 24 hours (excluding Sundays and public holidays)
Delivery delays may occur due to extreme weather, strikes, or peak seasonal demand.

Shipping Charges
Minimum shipping fee: PKR 250
Free shipping on orders above PKR 5,000
Shipping charges may be varies based on size-volume-weight and the destination distance from warehouse.

Order Confirmation & Tracking
Once your order is confirmed, you will receive a confirmation email or WhatsApp message.
When the order is shipped, we’ll send a tracking number to your email or WhatsApp so you can monitor the delivery status.

Order Handling
Orders placed after 5 PM are processed on the next business day.
Orders placed on Sundays or national holidays will be processed the following business day.

Delivery Attempts & Failed Deliveries
The courier will attempt delivery thrice.
If the recipient is unavailable or the address is incorrect, the parcel will be held for 3 days and may then be returned to us.
A redelivery may require an additional shipping fee.

Change in Shipping Address
Changes to the shipping address are only allowed before the order is shipped.

Damaged or Missing Items
If your parcel arrives damaged or items are missing, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
