Return Window
We offer a 7-day return policy from the date of delivery. You must contact us within 7 days to request a return.

Return Eligibility
To qualify for a return:

• The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition

• Tags and original packaging must be intact

• Proof of purchase (receipt or order number) is required

How to Start a Return
To begin a return request:

• Email us at info.hattinext@gmail.com with your order number, reason for return, and photos (if applicable)

• Wait for our team to review and approve your return before sending the item

• Items sent without prior approval will not be accepted

Return Address
Please do not send products back without confirmation.
Once your return is approved, we will share the appropriate return address and instructions.

Damaged or Wrong Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect:

• Contact us within 24 hours of delivery

• Include clear photos of the issue along with your order number

• We will evaluate and resolve the matter promptly

Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for:

• Personal care items (e.g., undergarments, beauty products)

• Customized or made-to-order products

• Items purchased on sale or part of final clearance

• Perishable goods (if applicable)

Exchanges
If you'd like a different size or product:

• Return the original item using the standard return process

• Once accepted, you may place a new order for the replacement item

Refunds
After receiving and inspecting your return:

• We will notify you of the approval or rejection

• If approved, your refund will be processed via bank transfer or the original payment method within 7 business days.
